Our second Cteam Safety Day took place on 16 April 2025 at the construction warehouse in Massenbachhausen, and it was a great success! With the motto “From the construction site – for the construction site”, we once again demonstrated the importance we place on occupational health and safety.
Jochen Spitz and Stefan Horb opened the day on time at 10 a.m., providing a varied programme of events throughout the day. The central question was, “How can we work together to improve occupational health and safety?” The answer was to set standards together with our partners (suppliers) and, above all, our customers, in order to prevent accidents at work. We demonstrated an open error culture, offering service providers the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and improve in view of the work ahead. At the same time, best practice is demonstrated, providing a blueprint for others to follow. Safe work does not stop at the company gate.
Alexander Plinz, our safety officer, began the knowledge transfer by sharing some fascinating insights into past incidents that have occurred on our construction sites. Our subsidiary, TEP, then presented an innovative technical solution for the pre-assembly area that could significantly reduce the need for ladders. Our partner, Kukor, provided valuable insights into ensuring the safe cross-cutting of large bored piles. In the afternoon, the Stützle-Späth company presented a practical example of how machines can be supported in the best and safest way.
The Cteam safety day was rounded off with delicious refreshments and plenty of opportunities for open dialogue and constructive discussion. This is precisely what defines our open and honest approach to errors: communicating with each other, learning from each other, and improving together.
Cteam has made a real difference with this series of events. Together, we are setting new standards for even greater safety and quality on our construction sites!
We are delighted with the positive feedback, and would like to thank all the colleagues who made this successful day possible!
