anti-corruption guideline
As a service provider for transmission and distribution network operators as well as for public clients and mobile telephone groups, we are obliged to comply with our clients' policies. Indeed, our clients' policy demands play a very important role in our everyday working lives. It is against this background that we have compiled a Code of Conduct for the Cteam group, which sets out the group's values in a 'business card'.
Many rules and values are already taken for granted and put into practice in the Cteam group, with the result that the Code of Conduct is a written overview of the way we act.
The rules give us the necessary certainty that we are acting in the interests of the Cteam group and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
In short: what is permitted and what is not?
The reputation that the Cteam enjoys among its clients, partners, and the general public is of decisive importance for the company's success. Each one of us contributes, at his workplace and through his job, to the way the Cteam group is perceived by others. We want to show that we are a responsible partner.
Scope:
The Code of Conduct applies to all employees of Cteam Consulting & Anlagenbau GmbH. Our managers act as our role models. Our business partners are also called on to adhere to these principles.
Reporting information:
In a company where many people communicate and interact with each other every day, conflicts, irregularities and disagreements cannot always be avoided.
Please contact our Compliance Officer, Mr Boechel, at compliance@cteam.de for information about violations of our Code of Conduct or the Anti-Corruption Policy.
On occasion, it may be necessary to call on the services of a mediator between internal or external whistleblowers and the company. Even if only to make it easier for whistleblowers to report. In such a case, you can contact our external and neutral ombudspersons Mr. Felix Weidenbach, lawyer, or Ms. Janine Winkler, lawyer, from Baker Tilly. The ombudsperson will take possession of and review the information. If requested, they will ensure that the whistleblower’s identity is treated in confidence. Information can also be submitted anonymously. The ombudsperson can be reached as follows:
